Become A Leader

We are thrilled that you are considering joining our Groups @ Faith ministry team!

Here are the prerequisites for becoming a Group Leader:

Has demonstrated an investment in the life of Faith Community by worshiping regularly, giving financially and serving or participating in a group
Has met with the Groups' Pastor and a member of the Groups Leadership Team to discuss the proposed new group
Has completed the Group Leadership Application, submitted 3 Reference Forms and Criminal Background Check Release Form
Has attended an initial Leadership Training Session
Has been approved for leadership by the Groups Leadership Team

Once you are approved as a Group Leader, you will be assigned a coordinator from the Groups Leadership Team to help resource, support and pray for you in your ministry. We look forward to welcoming you onto the Groups@Faith team!
