SparkCycle is providing a 45 minute spin class followed by an outdoor yoga session at its La Jolla location to benefit the Gem Foundation in Kampala, Uganda.  

The cost for the event is $25, and all proceeds will go to the Gem Foundation. The event will be at 11:00 on Saturday, November 4 at SparkCycle La Jolla (7777 Fay Ave. Suite G1, La Jolla, CA 92037).  

All participants must preregister on-line at sparkcycle.com (space is limited).  If you are a new rider, you will need to create an online account and use your credit card to pay the $25 event fee. Registration for the event opens Sunday night (10/29) at 5:00 pm.  All new riders (that have preregistered) should show up by 10:45 on the day of the event to fill out the required paperwork, get fit for riding shoes (shoe rental is included in the fee), and get acquainted with the bikes.
