James saw in Jesus the God in whom there is no variation, change, or shadow. There was a consistency to Jesus' connection with the Father and His love for others. As ones who have encountered the faithful, loving kindness of God we should have a glowing wholeness to our faith, that follows the consistency of Jesus' life.
